We will purchase from all Japanese Auto Auctions or our End User network as soon as possible.
lf you can find your favorite cars from our stock within your budget or we can make a successful bid, you will be issued a Pro-forma Invoice via e-mail.
Please inform to us about consignee name, address and telephone number for making Pro-forma Invoice.
Our terms of payment ar T/T 100% before shipment.
After receiving the pro-forma invoice please transfer the funds within three business days. Payment should be made in Yen or US$ by telegraphic transfer to our Japanese bank account.
Please keep this promise because of changing daily exchange rate.
lt would be very helpful to us if we could have T/T copy via e-mail or fax after finished your payment.
We will start booking shipment and inform you of all the dates and details as soon as the funds are verified.
Note: we can only confirm receipt during Japanese banking hours(Mon-Fri,9am-3pm,Japan Standard time).Please let us know if insurance coverage is preferable.
As soon as the vehicle is on the ship, copies of the invoice and bill of lading (B/L) including all details (vessel name, departure date, expected date of arrival) will be send e-mail to you. Original documents will be sent to your address via express courier mail such as, UPS or DHL or EMS. After sending the original documents, we will inform you about Trucking Number of express courier.
Please receive your car at the port.

Make sure you bring all the necessary documents we have already sent by express courier.
